With decades of experience in all areas of production at Maritz, Caribiner International, Jack Morton Worldwide, The Spark Agency and Image Technologies Corporation, Glenn has expertise in senior management, new business development, account supervision, project management and live event & video production.
For 20 years, Glenn has worked in corporate marketing & communications producing business meetings & events, video, film, product launches and mobile marketing programs for Circuit City, Ford, Honda, Hyatt Hotels, Hyundai, Motorola, Nissan, Sony Music and Toyota, to name a few.
Prior to his corporate communications experience, Glenn was an award-winning entertainment industry veteran who toured with such major pop groups as Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Carole King and Peter, Paul & Mary. During the early 1980’s, Glenn ran the Los Angeles personal management office for the Doobro Corporation and the Doobie Brothers. He produced over 50 music videos including Madonna's "Lucky Star", Van Halen's "Hot for Teacher", David Lee Roth's "Just A Gigolo", Barbra Streisand's "Somewhere" and Lionel Richie's "Dancing On The Ceiling". He also produced live concert events with Tony Bennett, Whitney Houston, Michael Bolton, 1993 & 1997 Presidential Inauguration (President Bill Clinton & Vice President Al Gore) among many others.
Mr. Goodwin's extensive experience in live production has allowed him to keep a "hands on" relationship with both the live and television crews on over 25 television specials he has produced including programs with The Doobie Brothers, Stephen Stills and John Fogerty. He produced, directed and wrote three long form television specials with Olivia Newton-John (entitled "Warm & Tender"), Herb Alpert (entitled "My Abstract Heart") and John Hiatt (entitled "Stolen Moments"), which aired, on VH-1 (MTV Networks).
Throughout his career, he has toured around the world producing live events and concerts for small and large audiences in the corporate and entertainment industries. This required extensive logistics coordination, strong leadership, a collaborative spirit and a commitment to getting the job done effectively to generate a successful outcome. Glenn continues meet and exceed in all of these skills.
Glenn is a U.S. Army, service disabled Vietnam veteran. He was stationed in Vietnam with the 1st Infantry Division from May 1969 to April 1970. During his tour of duty, he was awarded the Bronze Star and two Army Commendation Medals for meritorious achievement. Glenn was honorably discharged in May 1974.
