Jay Schaefer, Director of Strategic Marketing
Glenn is a decorated U.S. Army, service disabled Vietnam veteran and is the principal owner of Revelation. Over the past 19 years, Glenn has worked in corporate marketing & communications producing business meetings & events, video, film, product launches and mobile marketing programs for many top international corporations such as Motorola, BMC Software, Raytheon, Nissan, Ford, Stillwater Designs/Kicker and dozens of others. Prior to his corporate communications experience, Glenn was an award-winning entertainment industry veteran who toured with such major pop groups as Crosby, Stills & Nash, Carole King and Peter, Paul & Mary and also produced music videos, concerts, events, film, and television specials for many top music & entertainment celebrities including The Doobie Brothers, Lionel Richie, Whitney Houston, Van Halen and Barbra Streisand among many others.
Jay is a 14-year marketing leader with a proven track record across multiple marketing disciplines including strategic marketing, partnership marketing, event marketing, retail marketing, and agency marketing. Schaefer spent 12+ years on the brand side, working for Circuit City. There he created and managed many of their event marketing programs, built strategic partnerships, and managed all of the multi-channel marketing efforts in the mobile, mp3, gps, and wireless categories. This experience has given him a unique perspective on consumer insights, market trends, and how sales & marketing should work together. After leaving Circuit City, Schaefer went to the marketing agency side where he helped create new partnerships and drove new business opportunities.This agency-side experience combined with his extensive brand-side experience helps him approach challenges from both a strategic and tactical standpoint. In 2011, Jay partnered with two colleagues to form Revelation and serve as their Director of Strategic Marketing. Here he helps create, execute, manage, and measure all of the marketing programs for our clients. His understanding of sales & marketing ensure that these programs not only drive brand awareness/excitement, but also sales, traffic, and market share.

Joe has over 25 years of experience in the design, production and execution of all types of live events, and has produced over 100 projects in that time. Formally trained as a director and designer who then honed those skills on the stages of New York, Joe now brings this experience and expertise to his work in corporate events and videos. Included among many of his memorable projects production announcement shows, national sales meetings, shareholder and analyst events, and customer facing video and digital media for such ubiquitous brands as Cadillac, GE, Sony, and Viacom. He is currently a partner in Studio-on-Hudson, an independent feature film production company. He is co-executive producer of the 2008 Sundance Award winning film, Anywhere USA, and of Morgan Spurlock’s critically acclaimed and Academy Award nominated film, Super Size Me. He also holds an executive producer title on the SOH films The Party Heads, Convention and Class Act. Convention was released by the Independent Film Channel in the spring of 2010. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of New Hampshire, and a Master of Arts in Directing from the University of Maryland. He graduated with both of these degrees with honors. Joe is a working playwright, and his plays have been seen in the off-off Broadway theaters.
